职位描述
Position: Mechanical Technician
Report to: Mechanical Supervisor
Location: Shanghai SCIP Site
Main Responsibilities:
l With a strong sense of safety, strictly comply the EHS policy and procedures.
良好的安全意识，严格执行公司安全政策。
l Strictly execute maintenance procedures and workflow.
严格执行公司维修管理的各项制度和工作流程。
l During project phase, support project team in equipment construction, commissioning job, for example, construction quality inspection, testing the equipment with vendors.
在项目施工阶段，协助项目团队完成设备安装，试车的工作。如设备安装质量的检查、配合设备厂商测试设备等。
l During plant normal operation phase, complete plant day to day repair maintenance job assigned by SAP work order.
在工厂正常运行阶段，依照SAP工单的安排，完成每天设备维护维修的工作。
l During plant shutdown period, complete plant TA maintenance job as plan.
工厂停工阶段，按照停工检修计划完成大修工作。
l Coach and work with contractors, complete plant maintenance task and ensure the quality.
带领和指导承包商，完成维修任务并确保维修质量。
l To be hardworking, can complete overtime and emergent repair work according plant requirement.
吃苦耐劳，根据工厂需求进行加班及紧急抢修。
l Correct use all the facilities & tools in workshop and maintain them are keeping in good condition and ready to be used, same as workshop housekeeping.
正确使用及维护维修间内的设备和工具，保持设备和工具处于良好的备用状态，做好维修间内的清洁卫生工作。
l Complete the job assigned by supervisor.
完成主管安排的其他工作。
Main Requirements:
l At least 3+ years maintenance working experience in a chemical plant or petrochemical plant.
至少3年以上化工厂及石化厂机械维修经验。
l Familiar with the rotating equipment troubleshooting and maintenance, such as API pumps, ISO pumps, roots blower, Participate in reciprocating compressor repair.
熟悉转动设备的维修及故障处理，能独立完成API泵，罗茨风机等设备的维修，参与过往复式活塞压缩机机组维修。
l Familiar with statics equipment inspection procedure and repair procedure, such as pressure vessel and pressure pipeline inspection, piping and valve installation, heat exchanger and column.
熟悉静设备检查规范和修理方法，例如压力容器及压力管道检查，管道和阀门的安装,换热器和塔的维修等。
l Strong interpersonal and communication skills, good relationship with colleagues and team spirit.
沟通能力强，良好的同事关系和团队合作精神。
l Technical secondary school graduate or above in mechanical.
中专及以上学校毕业，机械专业背景.
Knowledge & Skills Preferred:
l Familiar with welding, torch cutting, argon arc welding, plasma cutting etc. Holding weld certificate will be preferred.
有中级及以上焊工等级证, 熟悉电焊、气割、氩弧焊、等离子切割等操作者优先。
l Familiar with operate lathe, drill machine, milling machine etc. Holding lathe operation certificate will be preferred.
有车工操作证，能熟练操作普通车床（如大连机床6140）、钻床、立铣床等设备者优先。
l Familiar with lifting work. Holding hoist operation licenser will be preferred.
熟悉起重吊装作业，有行车操作证者优先。
l Familiar with drive the forklift. Holding forklift driver licenser will be preferred.
熟练操作叉车，有叉车驾驶员证者优先。
