The Opportunity
As a Support Analyst in a multinational high-caliber software organization, you will participate in various activities to create and maintain high-quality, state-of-the-art, software including providing server architecture support, performing cloud setups, and document setups for worldwide customers. You will set up, configure and troubleshoot network connections. You will assist the sales staff in the quotation of HighJump Cloud Solutions, and perform duties with the customer. Besides advancement in technology and development skills, you also will obtain industry domain knowledge and software engineering methodologies in a globally distributed environment.
Responsibilities
- Review logs for issues and resolve
- Review data collected pertaining to DB performance
- Resolve issues with existing VPN connections
- Upgrade HighJump and 3rd party software
- Resolve SQL issues
- Be familiar with HighJump products concepts & applications
Requirements
- BS in Computer Science or related field
2+ years of technical knowledge / working experience with global server support or IT administration in a multi-national organization
- Hands on experience and troubleshooting skill with RDBMS, especially with SQL Server
- Working knowledge of scripting languages a strong plus
- Strong team work attitude; self-motivated; reliable
- Strong passion, urgency, energy, dedication, and an unrelenting drive to succeed and win
- Good communication skills, especially in English (verbal and written)
