Roles and Responsibilities:

1) Recruiting:

Initial CV screening according to job requirements;

Arrange candidates’ interview;

2) Training:

Key in training records to training system;

Confirm attendance name list for training programs;

3) Others:

Print out all entry materials for conducting on-boarding procedures for new staffs;

Collect HR related forms, (such as OT form, medical reimbursement) and send these tables to relevant institution and relative employee regularly;

Complete other related tasks as assigned by superior;


Knowledge/ Education Background:

Bachelor degree in HR or relevant disciplines;

Integrity, commitment, initiative, work independently and strong self-discipline;

Good command of both oral and written English;


Be familiar with MS Office;


Attendance Requirement:


At least 3 days a week
