岗位职责：

1. 引导用户，根据HR项目需要进行需求分析，跟踪需求并与业务部门进行需求，提供解决方案；

2. 基于HR项目，撰写项目实施方案、设计流程、蓝图规划；用户信息收集与培训方案制定；

3. PeopleSoft项目的实施过程中的二次开发，包括页面、报表、工作流、接口开发；

4. PeopleSoft系统的运行和日常维护，包括应用的问题修复，解决PeopleSoft系统的BUG；

任职要求：

1. 本科及以上学历，计算机相关专业；

2. 具备2年以上大型HR项目实施经验，了解人力资源管理业务，熟悉人事、薪资管理的相关知识和背景；

3. 精通People Code，熟练掌握People Tools, Application Designer，能熟练开发页面、报表和AE程序；

4. 具有较复杂业务流程的设计能力，熟悉PeopleSoft Workflow的实现方式；

5. 熟悉Oracle数据库，SQL功底扎实，程序开发能力强；

6. 愿意接受挑战性的工作，具有较强的钻研能力，具备良好的沟通能力和团队协作精神。
