This position is for Foreigner only.


Duties:
a) Customer Services:
1. To manage/overlook all the services quality related activities in China including process review, packing quality on-site control and etc to achieve our quality target/KPI.
2. To handle all the customers’ claims/feedbacks on services provided, including calling and visiting client on site.
3. To manage all the quality related KPI’s to be achieved, and submit monthly report, e.g. Insurance Analysis Report, Customer Service Report, Marketing Activities Report and Marketing Spending Update.
4. To assist on the on-site quality claim.
5. To review the services provided by all the subcontractors on packing quality
6. To manage in house insurance claim ensuring claim ratio<0.6%.
b) Marketing
1. To manage all the marketing initiatives and activities in China.
2. To manage all the marketing gifts to customers.
3. To control the marketing spending within the budget.
4. Work closely with Sales.
5. Market vendor select/contact
