ShirtsMyWay is a growing international company that specializes in custom clothing online with its own product line and technologies. As support for our Shanghai office, we are looking for the right person to join our Operations Team in managing our orders. You will use our internal IT systems to coordinate with customer service and quality control. We offer a pleasant working environment with an international team.

Your Responsibilities:

- Check and process orders to factories.
- Check and prepare orders for shipping.
- Communicate with customer service about order updates.
- Communicate with production line about order updates.
- Answering emails and updating shipping codes.

- You can work with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint).
- You have experience in operations or related (not a must, but a plus).
- You have a relevant business education (minimum bachelor degree).
- You are a Chinese citizen.

Practical Details:

Salary: Negotiable depending on background and experience.
Position: Full-Time. 9 AM – 6 PM. Monday – Friday.
Start Date: To be determined.
Work Location: Shanghai, China.
