岗位职责：
1、掌握公司经营产品及核算内容，并熟练运用。
2、根据国家财会法规和企业会计规定，结合公司特点，负责拟定会计核算的有关工作细则和具体规定，报经领导批准后组织实施；
3、参与拟定财务计划，审核、分析、监督预算和财务计划的执行情况；
4、在财务经理的领导下，准确、及时地做好账务和结算工作，正确进行会计核算，填制和审核会计凭证，登记明细账和总账，对款项和有价证券的收付、财物的收发、增减和使用，资产基金增减和经费收支进行核算；
5、正确计算收入、费用、成本，正确计算和处理财务成果，具体负责编制月度、年度会计报表、年度会计决算及附注说明和利润分配核算工作；
6、负责公司固定资产的财务管理，按月正确计提固定资产折旧，定期或不定期地组织清产核资工作；
7、负责公司税金的计算、申报和缴纳工作，协助有关部门开展财务审计和年检；
8、负责会计监督。根据规定的成本、费用、开支范围和标准，审核原始凭证的合法性、合理性、真实性，审核费用发生的审批手续是否符合公司的规定；
9、及时做好会计凭证、账册、报表等财务资料的收集、汇编、归档等会计档案管理工作；
10、主动进行财会资讯分析和评价，向领导提供及时、可靠的财务信息和有关工作建议；
11、协助财务经理做好部门内务工作，完成财务经理临时交办的其他任务。


岗位要求：
1、具有专科以上学历，五年以上会计工作经验，中级会计师优先；
2、熟练使用财务软件、办公软件、进销存软件 ；
3、熟练掌握国家财务和税务方面的法律、法规，掌握财务、会计管理、税法、经济法等知识；
4、具有较强的财务信息统计、预测、分析能力 ；
