岗位职责：
1. 主要负责拓展VIP大客户市场开发、制定有效的销售计划并达成销售目标；
2. 掌握市场动向，了解客户需求，及时沟通或反馈，维护好客情关系；
3. 协助上级领导进行本年度销售计划的达成，及战略性销售项目的管理。

职位要求：
1、3年以上相关礼赠品市场工作经验，热爱销售工作，年销售额500万以上；
2、有优秀的沟通能力和谈判技巧，出色的对内对外协调能力，高度的工作责任心和团队
精神；
3、具有优秀的市场策划及文案写作能力；
4、具备独立的市场开发、销售、策划及管理能力；
5、4A广告公司从业经验及具有服务世界500强客户经验者优先。
