Primary Responsibility基本职责
1.To finish monthly petty cash claims check, withdraw / distribution.
完成每月的员工报销审核和发放。
2.To finish monthly petty cash detail sheet and summary sheet in excel and GL uploading in SAP by monthly.
完成每月员工报销的总表和明细表的更新，以及将相关的凭证录入到SAP系统中。
3.To finish monthly non-PO payment application check, post the transactions into SAP, and arrange the payments through E-banking according to the payment run.
完成每月费用付款（非订单）的审核，录入系统，并且按照规定的时间通过网上银行完成付款。
4.To finish montly bank reconciliation with relevant supporting documents.
月末完成银行余额调节表。
5.To finish timely reconciliation of cash advance account.
定期更新预借款的明细。
6.To Liaison with banks and other external bureaus.
与银行和其他外部机构联系。
7.To finish timely reconciliation of cash advance account.
定期更新预借款的明细。
8.To accept and execute for any other special tasks, assignments or ad-hoc requirements ordered by line manager.
接受并执行上级领导布置的其他特殊任务、工作或者临时安排的工作要求。

Qualification / Skills / Experience Requirements 学历/技能/经验要求
1.University graduate, major in accounting or related.
会计及相关专业本科学历。
2.Familiar With Finance operation process and related knowledge.
了解财务操作流程及相关知识

3.Good at excel, word, powerpoint.
精通excel, word, powerpoint.等办公软件。
4.Good command of both reading and written English.
良好的英语读写能力。
5.Self-starter, passionate, can work under pressure.
工作主动、热情，能够承受工作压力。
6.Good team work.
