Job Description:
- Supports Sales Director and Sales Team by tracking, investigating, and reporting sales information; resolving problems.
- Preparing and distributing (monthly/quarterly/yearly) reports on a weekly basis
- Prepares sales presentations by compiling data; developing presentation formats and materials
- Act like the ears and eyes for Sales Team: marketing research on new products, new markets, competitors, new price, new suppliers, new prospects, upcoming events, fairs and exhibitions
- Prepare required equipment for sales meeting, log-in/ log-out with project team
- New Lead list/cold call list research & background research
- Cold-calling
- Making supportive work like proposal ppt and update product ppt
- Prepare promotional material (Email, invitations, newsletters)
- Making Contracts
- Track payment sheets, coordinate and remind sales for payments
- Assist sales to push deadlines with Project/Product delivery team
- Greeting clients who comes for meeting
- Any other related jobs assigned by the sales director
