Sweater Senior Merchandiser（毛衫高级业务员）
职位描述
Reporting to: Office Director

Responsibilities:

-Hire/Train/Coach/Dismiss and manage the sourcing team members according to the companies policies in and in
agreement with HR.
-Organize and prioritize daily workload in order to focus on Company’s long term interest and in accordance with the weekly procedural assignments.
-Create and enhance long-term business relationships with team in headquarters of France to maximize business growth and opportunities.
-Develop new business opportunities with headquarters.
-Work closely with buyers in headquarters to achieve purchasing targets and cost saving, understand needs & create a strong communication channel with all stakeholders.
-Build and maintain a strong local and regional vendor network to meet brand' current and future business needs
-Define together with all your stakeholders your local sourcing strategy.
-Sourcing of materials, Source new vendors and evaluate vendors' capability
-Identification of factories and negotiation of price, payment terms, deliveries etc
-Monitor and check production status
-Resolve conflicts between buyers and factories, e.g. delivery delay
-Secure deadlines to ensure on time delivery.
-Work with internal teams/supplier to ensure products meet specification/quality standard, negotiate claims etc.
-Take responsibility for results of the team. Develop KPI’s to measure the departmental performance together with Director.
-Collect and provide inputs on market trends, competitor activities and news that may affect the business of the BUs
-Provide advices to align BU’s procedures to improve Far East efficiencies
-Participate in fairs in Far East.
-Prepare monthly team KPI’s analysis.

Requirements:

- At least 5 yrs experience in international trading
- 8-10 yrs merchandising experience on garment products
- Knowledgeable of costing, market trends, product safety requirements, textile material, garment production
- Very familiar with vendor network for garment manufacturing in China area
- Good planning and organization skills for developing clear, actionable and measurable plans, schedules, or priorities
- Good negotiation skills to satisfy the interests of multiple parties to maximize the cost-saving for a qualified merchandising
- Demonstrated adaptability and flexibility to fit new and unusual situations to achieve business goals
- Strong communication skills. solution oriented, handle stress well, responsible, honest and independent
- Willing to travel nationally regularly.(30-40% of his/her time)
- Good command of English in both written and oral
- Bachelor degree in textile, trading, etc
- Good command of Excel, Word, PPT and so on for office software.
