Reports to: National Sales Manager
Location: Shanghai (上海)

Roles: To develop & grow assigned key account business through a standardized key account management template.

Responsibility:
1.Grow volume, revenue & share in assigned accounts aligned with channel strategy
2.Negotiate trading terms, develop & implement sales plan
3.Work with TM & MKT for KA planning & account level sales development objectives.
4.Define sales plan for assigned accounts & work with field sales to execute the same.
5.Drive KA national/Regional coverage agenda
6.Build up strong customer relationship
7.Data collecting & analysis to find business opportunity

Measures:
- Sales volume/value, Growth, Account Mkt. Share, Monthly data report

Qualification:
1.Good communication and coordination skill
2.Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
3.Ability to leverage resource in the organization
4.Strong data analysis skill
5.Basic English language skill
6.Strong Microsoft Excel skill, Microsoft Access preferred

Experiences:
Bachelor Degree.
Sales experience, FMCG experience preferred
