Main responsibilities:Pre-Sales,Post Sales,Account maintenance,Technical support,Sales.

Daily Work:

1.Introduce the company's products and solutions,in the office,and on sight

2.Train customers' staff on how to use the system

3.Answer customers' calls and provide remote support

4.Create Manuals in Chinese

5.Translate manuals into Chinese

6.Suggest better solutions for customers

7.Convey customer's feedback to head office Support Team

Requirement:

1.Good knowledge of computers,and office software

2.Good human skills

3.Service oriented

4.Vending machine industry knowledge-Advantage

5.Native Chinese

6.Good English(Written and Spoken)

7.Domestic travel needed

8.Experience in customer support - advantage

9.Ability to perform Sales - advantage
