主要职责 MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES：

- Use lean six sigma principles to improve process capability(Quality, Cost, Delivery)

- Working closely with operation department to lead or support 5S&Visual Management & Kaizen events.

- To cooperate in analyzing production issues (productivity, quality) proposing measures.

- Collect operation data, track and analyze operation efficiency to find opportunities to improve

- Assists in development of a process knowledge database for studies, projects &/or operations

- Audit production processes on a weekly basis 知识与技能要求 KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS REQUIREMENTS: - New graduate with majoring in chemical / mechanical/ Industrial Enginering - LSS Methods : 5S/TPM, SMED - Q-Tools: FMEA, SPC, MSA - Analysis mind - Technical and Process knowledge is preferred - Be famliar with assembly process is preferred - Good responsibility and teamwork spirit - Good written and spoken English.
