Job Title: Quality Engineer

Responsibility:
1. process quality control and outgoing inspection quality control
2. establish quality management system
3. find root cause and make corrective actions and reports for line non-conforming issues also for customer complaints.
4. train and promote employees quality requirement, on time training for each quality problem
5. prepare daily and monthly quality report for production line

岗位职责:
1.对客户或总部的投诉进行8D分析和跟踪验证.
2.对内部质量问题的分析,解决和持续改进.
3.对测量器具等进行管理,并进行MSA分析.
4.对质量业绩和报表的统计和分析.
5.编写工作相关的程序文件,作业指导书和记录表格.
6.对检验人员和一线员工进行质量培训.
7.参与供应商管理, 协助供应商持续改进, 定期进行供应商审核.
8.参与公司内的体系审核,过程审核和产品审核等.
9.其他安排的工作.



Qualification:
1. fluent English speaking, reading and writing skill
2. bachelor degree, majored in mechanical engineering or related engineering
3. more than 3 years experiences in quality engineer's position
4. familiar with ISO9001/ISO14001/OHSAS18001 management system, experience of maintaining QMS is preferred
5. Must have working knowledge of Microsoft software such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
6. have good organizational, communication, and cross-functional coordination skills
7. Analytical problem solving

要求:机械/机电/工程/等相关专业.
3-4年以上质量工程师工作经验, 汽车行业优先.
熟悉TS16949和ISO9001质量管理体系.熟练使用五大工具.
性格开朗, 善于沟通. 工作认真,细致, 有高度的责任心.
善于动手, 有很强的分析和动手能力.
良好的英语能力,能应对客户的英文邮件沟通.
