Main Responsibilities:
1. Build up brand image and establish brand marketing strategy.
2. Develop and execute branding, positioning and deliver right communication with consistency with the core strategy of brand.
3. Implementation of new product launch program and provide input in the planning, sales forecast and evaluation
4. Responsible for development of all product related marketing literature like product catalogues, brochures, labels and also responsible for pricing, inventory control and sales reports
5. Planning and implement of promotion activities as assigned.
6. Ability to build long-term marketing and business plan.
7. Analyses market and consumer data and make recommendations to management.


Requirements:
1. Qualification:A Bachelor’s degree
2. Experience:
1) At least 3 years working experience in marketing in cosmetic field.
2) Global brand experience will be plus.
3. Knowledge:
1) Fluent oral and written English.
2) Strong analytical & problem-solving skill
3) Presentation skill
4) Passion & knowledge to selective cosmetics industry, keen sense in beauty & fashion;
4. English resume is necessary.
