职位描述
Main Responsibilities:
1. Work with TP to build up flagship store, leading the cooperation with flagship store operation partners, and managing the setup process with TMALL
2. Develop partnership with B2C platform partner and implement account strategy for sales growth. Including Lafaso, Jumei, JD.com...etc.
3. Channel management for better margin for customers and company.
4. Order's collect, interaction with express delivery
5. Ensure the quality of sale plan execution in Tmall platform.
6. Evaluate online channel budget plan to ensure the revenue and margin is in line with the strategy.
7. Understanding of the new trend in Tmall and continuously monitoring the activities of competitors with both the Tmall and B2C channel.
8. Control the price gap between e-commerce channel with offline channel.
9. Planning and implement of promotion activities as assigned.
Requirements:
1. Qualification:A Bachelor’s degree
2. Experience:
1) At least 3 years cosmetic sales experience with e-commerce sales
management.
2) Marketing experience is a plus.
3. Knowledge:
1) English skill (Oral and Written)
2) Strong analytical & problem-solving skill
3) Presentation skill
4) Passion & knowledge to selective cosmetics industry, keen sense in beauty & fashion;
