职位描述：
? 负责控制系统项目研制中硬件在回路、半物理等系统的集成与验证试验工作，以及相应的技术文件校对工作；
? 负责控制系统硬件在回路、半物理等控制系统总体相关集成验证平台的建设，以及相应技术文件校对工作；
? 协助控制系统系统集成验证工作的技术协调和状态管控工作；
? 协助控制系统集成验证专业的关键技术研究工作；
? 协助制定和完善控制系统集成验证专业相关流程、工具、标准、规范和数据库等工作。
职位要求：
? 航空航天控制系统总体或控制系统试验5年（硕士研究生3年，博士研究生2年）及以上经验，本科及以上学历，在控制系统设计和集成验证领域具有型号经验者优先；
? 本科及以上学历，硕士优先，发动机原理、自动控制原理、计算机控制与仿真等相关专业；
? 能够独立开展工作，并解决一般性、常规性业务；
? 具有一定项目管理意识，能够提供及时的、准确的、详细的技术报告和工作汇报；
? 能熟练阅读本专业英文资料，能用英语撰写技术报告或技术论文，有一定的英语口语交流能力，能较好地理解英文技术讲座和报告；
? 熟练掌握Matlab/Simulink、C/C++、Labview等控制系统建模与仿真软件；
? 具有系统工程、试验测试及适航相关经验者优先。
