岗位职责：
来料质量问题处理
1.指导IQC团队准确及时的完成检验，不断提高检出能力；
2.处理来料及在线物料质量问题，推动供应商分析不良根本原因，实施有效的围堵、纠正和预防措施。
3.验证供应商纠正、预防措施的有效性，防止再发生；
4.维护和改进来料检验方法和标准；确保IQC获得适宜的检验工具、样品和检验标准；
5.参与处理与来料有关的客户投诉和产线异常；
供应商质量管理
1.参与供应商的选择、评价、认可和培育，主导过程、体系审核；
2.对供应商的质量绩效定期进行评价和监控，同供应商进行沟通，推动其持续改善；
3.对质量劣化的供应商进行辅导或汰除；
项目质量管理
1. 参与零件质量标准的建立和确认；
2. 直接管理委外加工项目并对应客户；
3. 确认供应商过程符合项目量产要求；
团队能力&绩效管理
1.培训和提升IQC团队的专业能力和意识；
2 评价和促进IQC团队成员的工作绩效。

Responsibilities：
Incoming quality control
1.Instruct IQC team to finish incoming inspection correctly and timely and improve inspection effectiveness continuously.
2.Handle nonconformity material from incoming and line, push the supplier to analyze root-cause and take containment/corrective/preventive actions.
3.Verify and validate improvement actions of supplier to avoid recurrence of the issues.
4.Maintain and improve material inspection instruction, make sure IQC obtain suitable inspection tools, samples and inspection criteria.
5.Involved into handling material-related customer complaints.
Supplier Quality Management
1. Involved in supplier selection, evaluation, qualification and development.
2. Assess supplier quality performance periodically, monitor and analyze supplier quality trend and drive supplier continuous improvement.
3. Coach supplier with quality level below expectation.
Project Quality Management
1. Involved in development of material quality spec.
2. Manage outsourcing project and coordinate with customer to improve outsourcing quality.
3. Validate supplier’s readiness for mass production.
Team management
1. Coach IQC team and improve their quality skills and awareness.
2. Assess and promote performance of IQC team

任职资格：
3年以上通讯或电子行业质量管理经验；1年以上供应商管理工作经验；
1.熟悉ISO9001质量体系和GP要求。
2.具备较丰富的结构件、电子件知识和经验；熟悉各种材料性能和可靠性测试标准；
3.熟悉注塑、冲压、电镀、压铸等加工工艺和制造流程，了解FPC、LDS尤佳，能看懂图纸；
4.熟悉供应商质量管理流程，有较好的审核技巧；
5.精通常见质量管理工具如SPC/FMEA/MSA/8D等；
6.具有较强的分析解决问题的能力，熟悉常见问题的解决；
7.具有良好的沟通、交流技能和团队合作精神.
8.熟悉计算机操作和ERP系统。

Job Requirements:
> 3 years of experience in communication or electronic manufacturing and familiar； 1 years of experience in supplier quality management.
1. Familiar with ISO9001 system and GP system.
2. Good professional knowledge in electronic and mechanic parts and familiar with material performance and reliability tests.
3. Familiar with main manufacturing processes such as plastic molding/stamping/plating/painting,etc.
4.Familiar with supplier management system and have good audit skills.
5. Proficient in quality tools such as SPC/FMEA/MSA/8D,etc.
6.Strong problem-solving abilities and good common sense.
7. Good communication skills and leadership.
8. Good command of computer software such as office and ERP.
