Technical Product Lead
Xenon Shanghai
RESPONSIBILITIES
·Work as a key member of a small and close-knit project team, overseeing the entire product life cycle from business requirements analysis, through development to deployment for an exciting and challenging project utilising agile methodologies.
·Analyse project requirements and prepare detailed plans including resource plans, timelines and budget requirements.
·Oversee technical requirements, using your strong understanding of both iOS and Android development and aide communication between Chinese speaking 3rd parties and English speaking developers.
·Identify, analyse and plan to mitigate potential risks to the project.
·Work as the primary point of contact for clients, often based on site at client offices, liaising with all members of the project team internally and externally, taking responsibility for timely and on-budget delivery of the project.
·Plan, organise and run regular project meetings, both internally and externally with project stakeholders.
·Prepare, execute and update project status reports including delivery status, resource utilisation and budget reports.
·Prepare and manage project documentation, including scope management and sign-off documents. Ensure scope is tightly managed and changes to scope and negotiated and agreed with stakeholders.
·Exceed project expectations and identify opportunities to improve and further develop products.
REQUIREMENTS
·Three or more years experience in a project management role with proven experience delivering technology projects.
·Strong technical knowledge of iOS and Android development.
·Exceptional level of attention to detail.
·Deep knowledge of project management methodology and mobile technology.
·Experience of agile & scrum methodology is a plus.
·PMI or Prince 2 certified and SCRUM certified in Agile Project Management delivery a plus.
·Excellent team and people management skills.
·Strong client facing, presentation and negotiation skills.
·Experience of the automotive industry, especially with regard to connected services is a plus; interest in the automotive industry is a must.
·Fluency in spoken and written Chinese and English is essential.
