Primary Responsibility基本职责
1.Establish UPH / WPH standards for capacity, product costing analysis 根据不同产品，测定出所有工序的标准UPH/WPH去满足产能和制造成本核算。 2.Analyze capacity requirement in response to loading forecast, periodically. 根据客户的FCST来分析出产能需求。 3.Work with Central IE & Finance on capacity and capex requirements 与CIE和财务一起协调和沟通来满足产能以及Capex需求 4.Establish Material Usage standards for costing analysis 测定出物料的合理用量来满足产品的制造成本核算。 5.Work on productivity improvement projects 分析生产效率，提出改善计划 6.To accept and execute for any other special tasks, assignments or ad-hoc requirements ordered by line manager. 接受并执行上级领导布置的其他特殊任务、工作或者临时安排的工作要求。
Qualification / Skills / Experience Requirements 学历/技能/经验要求
1.Degree in Industrial Engineering or Mechanical Engineering or in Science with Diploma in IE 本科学历，工业工程或者机械工程毕业优先 2.Relevant experience in JD listed. 以上相关工作经验 3.Good Leadership, Communication & Inter-Personal skill 优秀的领导能力，以及较好的沟通交流能力 4.Ability to work under pressure & in a Dynamic Environment 自我抗压能力强 5.Self –Starter & Team Player 能自我激励和优秀的团队合作精神 6.Proficient in English language (speaking and writing) and Computer Skill 精通英文（读，写）以及电脑操作熟练 7.Committed to work and careful 仔细认真致力于工作 8.Good communication skill and team work spirit 具有良好的沟通能力以及团队的合作精神
