BASIC FUNCTION

Hunt, identify, qualify and develop new business for the assigned market by

·Develop strategic relationships with Architect and Design firms, project management

·Actively source and provide market intelligence

·Closure of new business opportunities

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

1.Fill the sales funnel by actively targeting key client groups -- especially Architect & Design Firms and Project Management. Methods to include:

a. Frequent visit and networking

b. gathering information and tracking leads

c. working with Sales Director to develop strategic alignment programs with select A&D and other key indirect accounts

d. developing and taking part in product presentations

2.Forecast sales based on sales funnel concept for 30-60-90 days and work with Sales Director to develop winning strategy and close business.

3.Develop Sales Presentation strategies based on product for project concepts.

4.Actively work to gain market intelligence, including information on competitive products, competitors' market activity, industry trends, future projects etc.

5.Work closely with sales operations team to complete the sales cycle.

6.Work closely with sales team to ensure customer a seamless experience.

REQUIREMENTS

Experience of managing sales cycle with B-to-B selling process

University degree with a minimum of 2 years of sales and/or marketing experience

Experience working in the office or related industry preferred

Good command of English is a plus
