Abacare is looking for Client Service Leader
Responsibility:
- Implement team training and working management
- Coordinate with the International Sales Team to prepare proposal/presentation for clients.
- Take lead for valued group clients
- Coach, lead and supervise team members to make sure of service competence and service quality
- Handle the customer complaints including service quality, policy details & claim issues.
- Support the management to prepare weekly forecast of the renewal.
- Leading or assisting on other jobs further mutual agreed.
Requirements:
- 3 years medical insurance or customer service experience preferred
- Bachelor degree or equivalent experience
- Good at MS Office software, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Fluent in written & oral English
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good learning ability-Ability to work independently and ability to work under pressure
