JusTalKids少儿英语 Marketing Supervisor 市场主管

You will:
1. Develop and manage marketing strategy and budget to meet both short-term and long-term company objectives.
2. Lead internal team members and agencies where appropriate to execute all communication activities and public relations.
3. Booth Promoter recruiting, training and managing.
4. Create, evaluate and negotiate the marketing campaigns. Manage tracking, reporting and analysis of marketing campaigns and programs.
5. Build, develop and motivate a strong marketing support team to ensure the company reaches our goals through diversified marketing channels.
6. Lead the team to design and execute market research and analysis on competitors, potential markets and market trends.
7. Contribute to the total effectiveness of the company, communicating openly, solving problems proactively, offering creative ideas and working as a positive, engaged team member.

You are/have：
1. Bachelor degree or above, major in business, marketing, communication or related fields.
2. 3+ years working experience in marketing function including at least 1 year in management position.
3. Marketing management, sales driven and strategic planning experience.
4. Detail-oriented with ability to manage projects from inception through execution.
5. Good analytical skills and sense of responsibility
6. Good English skills in both written and spoken.

工作职责
1. 根据中心销售目标制定相应的市场计划，制定市场方案，完成来访业绩指标。
2. 带领市场团队，负责中心的市场推广活动的策划与实施。
3. 维护现有市场渠道，同时完成中心新渠道开发的指标。
4. 负责兼职推广人员招募及培训，监督兼职人员工作。
5. 负责市场调研报告及竞争对手信息搜集，定期提供相应的市场信息报告。
6. 负责所有网络及媒体推广渠道的维护。
7. 负责年度市场费用报告及计划。

职位要求
1.大专及以上学历，专业不限。
2. 三年市场推广经验，其中至少1年培训学校推广经验。
3. 丰富的市场活动策划及实施经验，出色的项目管理能力和执行力，目标导向。
4. 沟通能力良好，亲和开朗。
5. 认真负责，积极主动，富有创造力。
6. 喜欢小孩，热爱儿童教育事业。
7. 英语读写熟练，口语流利，普通话标准。
