Responsibility:

1.Incoming quality inspection of subcontracting and commercial parts according to drawing or Valmet requirements;

2.Critical parts quality assurance in supplier site: material verification, welding checking and dimensions measuring etc.;

3.Monitor and check assembly process to ensure operations is according to customer assembly requirements;

4.Final inspection for ready assembled machines according to drawings and Valmet requirements;

5.Fulfill Inspection report based on measuring and inspections;

6.Control of quality documents to keep traceability.

Job Requirement:

1.Fluent in Mandarin, Reading and writing skills in English are preferred;

2.Basic knowledge in welding and machining is a must;

3.Basic knowledge in stainless steel material will be a plus;

4.At least 2 years experience of inspections relating to mechanical parts;

5.Willing and able to flexibility work within a developing organization;

6.Skilled in normal measuring tools such as inside/outside micrometer operation is a must;

Knowledge of equipment for the pulp and paper industry is preferred.
