The job description includes, but is not limited to the following points:
Sales of our technology solutions to our strategic customers in Mainland China
Manage our office in Shanghai
Manage a team of technicians and administrative employees
Manage and develop strategic partnerships with different players, such as agents, integrators, competitors, government-linked agencies and companies, …
Represent IER in industry’s events throughout the region,
Liaise with regional and global head offices in Singapore and in France for technical and sales support
Regular commercial and financial reporting to the Asia’s HQ based in Singapore
Frequent travels required, up to 60% of the time
The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:
Between 28 and 45
Fluent in Mandarin and English, both oral and written. Notions of French would be a plus, but not mandatory
Dynamic, positive and innovative mindset
Ability to work independently
Sales oriented and with a strong interest in technology
Good interpersonal and communication skills, both internally and externally
Irreproachable business governance and integrity,
Full commitment to our Group’s success.
Experience in working in a MNC.
Sales experience and regional exposure is preferred.
Candidate needs to have the necessary documents to be able to travel abroad (China HK, China Taiwan, Mongolia, Singapore, Europe …), sometimes on short notice.
