Job Title : Senior HR Specialist

Department/Section : Human Resources

Reports to : HR Manager

No. of Direct Reports : 0

No. of Functional Reports : 0


I. Position Summary

This position is responsible for Recruitment activities, HR Marketing, Staffing project and HR support to business units.

II. Job Responsibilities:

1. Support HR manager and work with business managers on annual hiring planning and headcount control;
2. Develop external and internal, traditional and innovative recruitment channels;
3. Work with hiring manager, understand hiring needs, search and select qualified candidate;
4. Prepare offer proposal, salary negotiation, reference check;
5. Communicate with BU managers for staffing policies and procedures, activities and projects;
6. Lead staffing project, campus recruitment, new staff integration etc;
7. Provide HR support and consultation to business managers including but not limited to interview skills, employee relations etc.
8. Work together with HR peers on improving HR process and procedures;
9. Provide training support;
10. Other assigned tasks.

III. Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree or above;
2. Minimum 3 year experience as Recruitment Specialist; 5 year experience in Human Resources field;
3. Good Knowledge of staffing, general knowledge of Training and development, Compensation & Benefits and employee relations;
4. Be able to stick to principles while maintain necessary flexibility;
5. Diligence, self-motivation, self-improvement and strong teamwork spirit;
6. Good communication and interpersonal skills;
7. Can work independently and efficiently; can work under pressure;
8. Good computer skill, proficient English skills.
