职位描述
Job Descripiton:
1. Plan annual sales budget in China ares, lead sales team to achieve sales and growth target (sales turnover, gross margin, market share, order in-take,etc).
2. Market and competitor information collection and analysis. develop and execute the sales strategies, establish the product portfolios with target market.
3. Customer management, maintain good relationship with key accounts through sales team.
4. Develop and optimize sales processes and practices independently and/or in collaboration with marketing and related functions to support sales growth needs.
5. Review and monitor sales performance periodically. Contract execution management and problem solving.
6 .Examine and verify the cost calculations, quotations, contract terms and negotiation tactics.
7. Communication, cooperation with other departments,area and factories in other words execute good team work.
8. Sales team building, evaluation, movtivation and management.
9. Annual, quarterly, monthly sales forecast, planning and reports.
Requires:
1. 28-40 years old.
2. Bachelor degree or above (Mechanical Engineering/Commercial/Business preferred.)
3 .More than 5 years project sales experience in Europe/American enterprise, including more than 3 years experience in sales management or team leader role( preferable but not a must).
4. Short and long term planning capability,result oriented, leadership, responsibility,independent logic decision making.
5. Open mind, innovative. Good communication, presentation, negotiation and problem solving skills.
6 .Fluent in both Chinese (Mandarin) and English language with strong understanding and appreciation for both cultures.
7. To be able to work under pressure, and frequent business travel is required.
