Job requirements:

· 5-10 yrs work experience in textile and garment industry with good garment tech background and market quotation knowledge (priority with experience in big brand and international company)

· Through understanding of different types of garment (rich experience in outwear for kids clothes)

· Familiar with textile knowledge about fabric, trims related for outdoor wear, functional outwear, functional accessories

· Capable at negotiating with suppliers in different terms

· Fully aware of the garment rules of EU MARKET

· Proficient in speaking and writing English

· A great team player and communicator with open-minded, flexibility, excellent interpersonal skills and high energy

· Good fashion senses and passion for developing products

· Travel to Europe/China

Key responsibilities:

· Ensure business growth and turnover according to agreed targets

· Explore and maximize the regions business opportunities within kids' outwear

· Claims on a minimum level within agreed percent target

· Coordinate product development from suppliers with Denmark buyers

· Build bridge between suppliers and Denmark buyers

· Create a good dialogue with buyers, designers and pattern makers in Denmark

· Ensuring a good relationship, a professional and positive approach to suppliers based on professional and human respect

· Ensure that the products have the right quality and right price, live up to the needs of markets and are in the stores at the right time

· Evaluation of the suppliers

· Sourcing of new potential suppliers/factories

Personal qualifications:

· University graduate (preferable in textile industry)

· A proactive, dynamic, action-oriented and optimistic personality
