职位描述
1、负责公司在国外数字电视项目营销分中心的监管和考核工作。
2、根据公司业务发展规划，负责建立符合公司业务发展需要的渠道销售体系（自有销售渠道、社会代理渠道、社区直销渠道），并对其进行绩效考核。
3、负责自有销售渠道（营业厅）的规划、建设和管理。包括全国营业网点设置和网点规模、服务范围，各级营业厅分类、分级管理，营业厅内的设置、配置标准等。
4、负责城市社区直销渠道建设，为用户提供面对面的营销服务。
5、负责代理销售渠道的培育、规划建设和管理。包括代理渠道的选择、布局，代理商的管理、考核。
6、提出电子销售渠道开发和规划的建议，负责电子销售渠道运营方案的制订及运营管理。包括网上营业厅、手机营业厅和电视营业厅的运营管理，并通过电子销售渠道进行业务宣传和推广。
7、根据部门下达的年度经营指标，进行各分中心各营销渠道销售指标分解，并制订年度工作计划及考核方案，确保年度各项指标的完成。
8、制订营销分中心及各营销渠道销售管理工作制度、业务规范和服务标准，并对其执行情况进行监督及考评。
9、协助公司建立统一的业务运营支撑系统，提交营业厅前台、社会代理渠道及直销渠道业务需求。
10、根据市场信息，提报业务改善、营销活动及新业务开发建议；建立业务培训机制，负责各营销渠道人员（营业员、渠道开发管理员、社区经理）的日常培训和上岗培训。
岗位要求：
1、本科以上学历，有8年以上工作经验，其中3年以上销售团队管理经验，有国内运营商市场销售团队经验优先考虑。
2、英语听说读写熟练，能作为工作语言。
3、目前需要能长期在东盟国家出差，能承受工作压力，工作主动性强，敢于担当，富于开拓性。
