Job Responsibilities

Responsible for hiring, inspiring, growing and retaining employees. Responsible for performance management activities. May provide input on hiring decisions in other areas.

Provides effective leadership and clear direction to technical staff members on assignments/tasks. Creates a clear and compelling purpose for the team
Identifies effective means to tap others' motivation. Establish goals. Builds trust and credibility by increasing character and competence. Sees people as whole - body, heart, mind, and spirit - and works to unleash their full potential
Identifies, surfaces, and resolves conflicts inside and outside of the team.
Actively works with the tam to anticipate and remove obstacles to progress.
Aligns systems for results and institutionalize them to endure over time.
Embraces transparent, open communications, and the timely flow of information, ideas and solutions
Manages vendors to deliver to plan, participate in development of contracts.
Understands schedule objectives and works with the team to align tasks and resources to achieve objective.
Influences direction, decisions, outcomes to various levels of technical staff and management.
Fosters relationships with other functional team leaders and managers.


Job Requirement

Bachelors + 9 or more yrs related experience
Masters + 7 or more yrs related experience
PhD + 5 or more yrs related experience
4-5+ years managing employees(or as technical lead)
