Job Summary
Provides a centralized approach to improve overall project efficiency by managing resources and coordinating project demands.

Major/Key responsibilities
?Introduce common processes as a set of standards for project managers to manage multiple projects simultaneously in an efficient manner and with consistent results.
?Conduct project deliverable quality check in each milestone.
?Work with stakeholders to prioritize projects based on investments and strategic requirements.
?Provide consistent training to new project managers on project governance processes and standards.
?Arrange coaching, mentoring and information sharing among project managers on a regular basis.
?Report project metrics on whether a project team is on track or in need of additional support.

Educational and Qualification Requirements
?University degree in Computer Science or MIS.
?4+ years working experience in IT department and 2 year+ in IT project governance domain.
?Track record in IT project portfolio management and familiar with project resource, budget and priority management.
?Familiar with project delivery life cycle and project governance methodology.
?Good language skills in both written and oral English and Chinese.
