Job Summary
Provide requirements and testing expertises to improve product qualities of business and system requirements definition as well as the design and execution of test plans and test cases, and establish requirements and testing related guidelines and standards.

Major/Key responsibilities
?Provide consultancy and conduct quality check during requirements definition and ensure traceability from business requirements to system requirements to test cases.
?Support the design and review of project test strategies and test plans, and ensure the integrity of system test cases.
?Coordinates all activities and testing resources during each testing phase of a project and report testing progress to project stakeholders.
?Review and approve testing results before project promotion to production.
?Support the establishment and continuous improvement of requirements and testing related guidelines and standards.

Educational and Qualification Requirements
?University degree in IT or engineering-related fields.
?6+ years working experience in IT and 2+ years in IT system requirements analysis and testing domain.
?Experienced in software development life cycle, and specialized in requirements and testing excellence.
?Familiar with IT system testing methodologies and best practices in each project testing phase, including functional and non-functional testings.
?Good understanding of business processes and logics.
?Good language skills in both written and oral English and Chinese.
