Specific Accountabilities Essential to Acceptable Job Performance

1.Transfer and develop written technical information (production requirements, technology transfer document ) needed to meet JM standard, customer and government expectations and requirements for each new technology.

2.Make product to specifications and meet customer demands.

3.Follow MC production schedule and make production department schedule.

4.Analyze product field performance and identified opportunities to increase product value and manufacturing effectiveness through design and process changes.

5.Define and implement steps to test and improve the effectiveness and reliability of individual operation and overall sequences.

6.The incumbent must be keenly aware of the maintenance requirements and the upkeep of the process equipment. He must work with the local maintenance department to ensure top performance of plant equipment.

7.Identify equipment needs and recommends solution to management.

8.Provide training to operators and develop on engineering standards and technical skills.

9.Supervise workers and monitor production quality to minimize rejections.

10.Troubleshoot materials, process and production problems, making recommendations for resolution. Problem solving using a quality system.

11.Coordinate with other function in order to establish and maximize allocation of resources, costs and time frames for project.

12.Generate management information on daily production and machine efficiency.

13.Conduct translation from English to Chinese on production procedures and other required reports.

14.Recommend and implement environmental, health and safety procedures and programs in accordance with company and legal requirements.

15.Participate and assist Production Supervisor for PGM monthly stock take with production area.

Job Requirement

1.BS in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering.

2.Have a minimum of 5 years manufacturing experience in chemical processing.

3.Supervisory experience preferred.

4.Experience in troubleshooting and making plant improvements also desirable.

5.Good at English both speaking and writing.
