Specific Accountabilities Essential to Acceptable Job Performance:

1. Learn, understand, and effectively utilize manufacturing procedures.

2. Learn, understand, and effectively utilize maintenance procedures.

3. Utilization of safe work practices so as not to endanger himself, others, or company property.

4. Follow preventative maintenance procedures to maximize equipment uptime.

5. Follow plant manufacturing procedures to minimize material waste.

6. Ensure that product being produced is of high quality.

7. Continue to learn and build knowledge base of plant equipment maintenance and troubleshooting.

8. Maintain a clean working environment for himself and fellow employees.

9. Follow all company policies and procedures.

10. Responsible for the effective use of materials and labor to achieve production requirements.

11. Responsible for equipment startup and shutdown.

12. Responsible for preventative maintenance program.

13. Responsible for purchase and installation of new plant equipment.

14. Responsible for equipment repair and replacement.

15. Responsible for maintaining spare parts inventory.

16. Responsible for maintaining production consumables inventory.

Educational and Experience Requirements:

Minimum technical school degree.

More than 3 years experience in mechanical, electrical, or manufacturing field, preferably with background and experience in mechanical and electrical equipment maintenance.
