职位：区域项目经理

部门：Global Display Projects上海办公室

工作地点：主要为上海、江苏、浙江，可根据工作需要调配到供应商工厂所在地

汇报对象：中国区项目经理（英国人）

主要职能：

就项目与GDP的中国供应商工厂以及GDP英国总部的运营、设计部门持续沟通；

协调采购工作；开发供应商，协助询价，供应商工厂审计、质检，以及其他相关职责。

主要职责：

• 根据新项目的图纸和规格参数，寻求最佳生产方法及最优供应商；


• 督促新项目询价的执行，解决技术和流程问题，保证供应商报价及时并有竞争力；


• 能够精确的对样品和货品进行质检，并形成报告向英国总部相关人员反馈和汇报；


• 与英国总部运营部门、设计部门密切合作，对正在进行的生产项目进行各项质检工作；


• 与公司指定的货代和清关公司磋商协调，在从工厂到发货港的流程中监督GDP项目的执行；


• 基于GDP的全球业务发展，持续进行中国供应商开发、筛选、审计等工作；


• 协助客户的工厂访问以及其他在中国区的行程。

任职要求：

• 英语达到大学六级水平，口语流利（直接上司是英国人），写作能力较好（大量英文邮件沟通，达不到要求者勿投）


• 对相关的生产流程有充分理解，尤其在以下方面：金属制造，塑料制品生产、成型、注塑，木器制造，印刷流程；


• 五年以上工作经验，其中至少两年在以下行业：零售展示、店铺装置等；


• 大学专科以上学历。

Job Title: Regional Project Manager

Department: Global Display Projects (GDP) Shanghai Office

Regional Location: Shanghai, Jiangsu, Zhejiang, and other locations as required

Reporting Line: To the Regional Operations Manager in China

Key Function:

Working directly with GDP’s Chinese factories and the UK Operations and Design functions, supporting key sourcing and supplier development, facilitating enquiries, factory auditing, QC inspection and other related duties.

Main Duties:

• Reviewing drawings and specifications on new projects to establish best methods of manufacture and preferred source(s) of supply.


• Facilitating new project enquiries, resolving technical and process queries to ensure timely and competitive supplier quotations.


• Inspecting Prototypes and First Article samples from production tooling and feeding back to relevant UK personnel.


• QC activities on on-going production orders in consultation with UK Operations department and Design department.


• Expediting GDP work in progress within factories and up to port of despatch in consultation with GDP’s appointed freight forwarders and clearing agents.


• Sustaining on-going supplier selection, auditing and development for the benefit of the GDP’s global business growth.


• Supporting Client factory visits and regional tours.
  

Experience and Qualifications:

• Spoken and written English, ideally to CET6 Level.
  


• A thorough understanding of relevant manufacturing processes, particularly: metal fabrication; plastic fabrication, forming and moulding; wood fabrication; printing processes.


• Have a minimum of 5 years working experience, among which 2 years must in below industry:
  retail displays, store fixtures and/or shop fitting sector(s).


• College education.
