DESCRIPTION:

Our client is a leading designer and manufacturer of ergonomic office furniture and accessories, is seeking a full-time Digital Marketing Executive in our Shanghaioffice to support marketing and sales efforts in the Asia Pacific region.The ideal candidate will demonstrate a positive attitude, motivation, and the ability to work both independently and within a team.

Candidates must possess a willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment and with at least 4 years’ marketing experience. He/She should be well organised, and have an outstanding work ethic.The Marketing Department is growing and looking for a candidate who can contribute new ideas and show a passion for his/her work.

Position is based in Shanghai and some traveling is required.


ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

· Ensure consistent communication of the brand message through various mediums including digital, print, trade shows and events

· Coordinate and assist with Marketing Communications,Advertising and PR and web based Newsletters

· Maintain content of company's intranet and websites

· Manage content for various localised Social Media platforms

· Supervise and update the company’s CRM system

· Tailoring Marketing collaterals from the U.S. for International markets (language skills desirable)

· Writing copy, proof reading and creation of newsletters – print and digital

· Assist with Asia Pacific trade shows and events (some travel required)

· Update product information with various specification and design software programs

· Evaluate, implement and administer a lead generation program

· Manage Email marketing campaigns


QUALIFICATIONS:


· Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, design, or equivalent

· 4+ years of working experiences, preferably in B2B sector

· Must have strong people skills (ability to work with people from various departments)

· Flexibility and the ability to multi-task

· Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail

· Creative problem solving abilities

· Contract furniture industry experience a plus

· Excellent written and spoken English

· Cantonese and Mandarin languages essential

· Experience using e-communications software

· Aptitude in social media marketing

· Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator and Dreamweaver a plus

· Must be able to travel(10%)
