职位：QC质量检查员

部门：Global Display Projects上海办公室

工作地点：主要为上海、江苏、浙江，可根据工作需要调配到供应商工厂所在地

汇报对象：中国区域项目经理

主要职能：

协助中国区域项目经理，对公司的中国供应商工厂进行工厂审计、每日例行质检及承担其他相关职责任务

主要职责：

• 根据新项目的图纸和规格要求，能够精确的对样品和货品进行质检，并形成报告向中国区相关人员反馈和汇报


• 与中国区域运营部门密切合作，监督并执行正在进行的生产项目的质检工作


• 按照流程要求对供应商进行审计

任职要求：

• 能用英语口头表达；


• 必须具有基本的英文写作能力（主要是在完成现场QC工作后用英文写报告，以及与英国同事就报告进行邮件交流）；


• 能够独立阅读英文图纸；


• 对相关的生产流程有充分理解，尤其在以下方面：金属制造，塑料制品生产、成型、注塑，木器制造，印刷流程；


• 最好具有以下行业的相关经验：零售展示、店铺装置等。

Job Title: QC Inspector

Department: Global Display Projects (GDP) Shanghai Office.

Regional Location: Shanghai, Jiangsu, Zhejiang and other locations as required.

Reporting Line: To the Regional Project Managers China

Key Function:

Working directly with GDP’s Chinese factories and the Chinese Project Managers.

Supporting factory auditing, Regular QC inspection on a daily basis and other related duties.

Main Duties:

- Reviewing drawings and specifications on new projects, to be able to accurately Inspect samples and production items.

- Inspecting Prototypes and First Article samples from production tooling and feeding back to relevant China personnel

- Completing QC activities on on-going production orders in consultation with China Operations department.

- Supplier auditing

Experience and Qualifications:

- Ability to be able to speak English

- Ability to read and write Basic English

- A thorough understanding of relevant manufacturing processes, particularly: metal fabrication; plastic fabrication, forming and moulding; wood fabrication; printing processes.

- Capable of reading technical drawings is a must

- Relevant experienced within similar industry, ideally within retail displays, store fixtures and/or shop fitting sector(s) would be an advantage.
