Responsibilities 职位描述：
- Participate in projects developments support/bidding from pre-sales to after sales services.
参与项目开发，对投标前后进行技术支持
- Communicate and on-site visits to understand clientele technical requirements
与客户进行直接有效的技术支持与现场交流
- Responsible for all technical matters on project site: investigate, test and resolve field issues; report to manager and coordinate with production department.
与生产部门沟通，负责所有项目的现场技术服务：调查、试验、解决问题；向总经理总结汇报
- Design/compile technical training materials and implement technical training to sales team and network.
整理资料，并对销售网络进行培训
- promote continuously the Brand and services by providing sound technical advices to support market expansion
对品牌市场推广及扩张提出技术意见
- Ad-hoc office management duties and other tasks assigned by management

Requirements 岗位需求:
- University graduate, with at least 4-5 years solid working experiences in technical services and project management skills.
本科，4-5年技术服务经验及项目管理经验
- Prior experience in construction sites field work and sanitary ware/faucets plumbing-related industry.
有建筑领域／卫浴领域／水暖领域工作经验
- Willing to learn, highly motivated, curious and creative, responsible, details oriented, hardworking and able to manage multiple assignments against tight deadlines.
积极好学，有求知欲与创造性，认真负责，能在有限的时间内完成多个任务
- Good customer focus and drive for effective collaboration with developers, designers.
以客户为中心，与开发商、设计师等进行有效协调
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills with high degree of integrity.
分析能力及解决问题能力强，正直乐观
- Excellent interpersonal skills, business acumen and a good team player
人际沟通能力强、富有商业头脑、团队合作能力强
- Proficiency in MS Office and Chinese word processing; (word, excel, pdf, ppt, CAD…)
精通Office软件与常用的编辑软件 (word, excel, pdf, ppt, CAD…)
- Prior exposure/knowledge in Brand industry is an advantage;
业内知名企业经验优先
- Good English (listening, spoken, writing) and Chinese in communication and email correspondence.
中英文交流能力佳，能够用邮件沟通
- Able to maintain highly confidential information
保守商业机密
- Willing to travel within China on project sites when required.
能够在国内出差
- Immediate availability is preferred
