Job Summary
Provide technical expertise and architectural solutions for IT projects and system, especailly in application, middleware and integrated solution areas.

Major/Key responsibilities
? Serves as technical expert in application architecture for application / solution integration and software development areas.
? Acts as expert for project teams in the plan, design, and delivery of IT solutions.
? Advises teams of IT technology standard requirements, methodology and processes.
? Drives short & long term architecture strategy for the overall IT project portfolio for key business segments.
? Participates in proof of concepts to assist in defining technology direction and enabling business strategy.
? Communicates and validates program architecture with architect team, project manager and stakeholders.

Educational and Qualification Requirements
? University degree in Computer Science or related fields.
? 5+ years working experience in IT application development / middleware / solution architecture or equivalent.
? Knowledge of the application development process, middleware & DB design and how it fits within the IT architecture and infrastructure.
? Ability to write architectural design documents or review design documents provided by others.
? Knowledge and understanding of industry trends and new technologies and ability to apply trends to architectural needs.
? Knowledge of enterprise platforms and operating systems.
? Knowledge of standards in IT architecture and infrastructure.
? Good language skills in both written and oral English and Chinese.
