In this position based in Shanghai Pudong, near by Shanghai Science and Technology Museum, you focus on supporting our Shanghai office and our construction project. You are mainly tasked to:
? Handle in-coming phone calls, in-coming & out-going parcels, faxes, scans, invoices and courier services, reception of visitors;
? Handle and distribute office stationary and pantry supplies;
? Be responsible of making office staff’s attendance records;
? Support invitation letters for visa application and renewal of work and residence permits for expatriates;
? Be responsible of invoices handling and distribution;
? Support on business travel & accommodation arrangements for all staff;


You bring to this position an attention to details, service-oriented and diligent disposition that you support by:
? College Degree or above;
? At least one admin assignment as a receptionist or related role in a multi-site, fast paced and fast growth environment, ideally in a multinational corporation;
? Excellent English both in oral and written is a must;
