职位描述
1、公司为交易员提供整套严密专业训练，系统的专业知识和技能培训，交易系统的课程有：各项指标解释运用、增值公式、酒田战法、银行报价系统、波浪理论及应用、斐波那契回调线、趋势线运用、资金管理、蜡烛图基本运用、黄金分割线应用,公司提供半自动EA（数学量化模型交易系统）软件给所有使用期员工，帮助更多交易员。
2、公司为每位员工配备专用电脑；
3、考核录用后，公司出资实盘操作；
4、公司提供风险控制模型及风控师监督；
5、级别越高，可支配资金就越多，收入也越高；
6、工作环境优美，写字楼上班，无需外出跑业务找客户；
7、晋升完全依据个人能力
晋升路线：初级交易员→中级交易员→高级交易员→投资总监。

职位职能
1、考核录用后，录用合同为期三年；
2、公司提供操盘资金，无需开发客户找资金；
3、严格执行止赢止损，为公司实现稳定盈利，提高盈利率；
4、负责公司账户的资金运作；
5、把握市场机会，即时交易；
6、交易员无需开发客户找资金，必须做到完全专注交易。

Position Description

Our company provides rigorous training of professional knowledge and skills for traders. Trading courses include: explanation of indicators, value-added formula, Sakata tactics, bank quotation system, wave theory and application, Fibonacci retracement line, the trend line using, fund management, the basic use of candles, the golden section line application. We provide semi-automatic EA (mathematical models dealing system) software to staff in probation period to help more traders.

1. Every employee is equipped with two computers.

1.After recruitment, you will get a employment contract for a period of three years;

薪资待遇及福利
1、初级交易员：5000——12000（税前）；
