We are looking for the Accounting & Administration Clerk 会计行政助理to work at our BaoShan office at 198 Changjian Road, Baoshan District:

Responsibilities:

职责

· Responsible for all the functions as cashier, including the regular book keeping and monthly bank reconciliation.

负责所有的出纳工作,包括但不限于日常帐簿登记也月末银行调节表

· Responsible to issue invoices

负责开具所有发票

· Assist Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable duties

协助处理应收应付业务

· Assist Finance Manager regarding month-end and year-end closings

协助财务经理月结和年末关账事宜

· Assst preparation of monthly reports to Tax Bureau

协助准备每月税务申报事宜

· Assist preparation of documents for Annual Verification process

协助准备年检文件工作

· Assist maintenance of Fixed Assets register and Depreciation

协助固定资产业务登记和折旧提取工作

· Outdoor work to Bank and Tax Department

银行和税局现场工作支援

· Update HR time records

更新员工考勤事宜

· Provide administrative support

行政事宜支持

· Other ad-hoc duties assigned

Requirements:

· College graduate or above in accounting with accounting license - Junior accountant certificate is preferred

· Fluent English skills (spoken and written) are essential

· Self-motivated, good interpersonal and communication skills

· Knowledge of SAP R/3 would be of advantage

· Proficient in MS Office

· Mature, independent, meticulous, committed and a good team player

· Able to multi-task and work in a fast paced work environment

· Reliable and able to work under high pressure
