Responsibilities:

1) Implementation of the strategic requirements of the German headquarter;

2) Sales of service products(site repair, maintenance, upgrades and spare parts supply,etc.)

3) Modification of the service portfolio according to the domestic market situation;

4) Improvement and standardization of reporting processes;

5) Quality control of local sourced services and spare parts;

6) Supervision and development of the after-sales team.

Qualifications:

1) Bachelor degree in engineering or related subjects;

2) At least 5 year experience as engineer in a machine building company with international working background;

3) Professional ethics and leadership skills;

4) Team-spirited, communicative and adaptive;

5) Efficient even under pressure;

6) Able to think strategically;

7) Good command of oral and written English and Chinese.
