主要工作职责：1，负责根据客户提供是产品图纸及要求评估，设计模具；

2，提出模具设计方案，工艺排样，出图；

3，选购合适的模具材料，确保模具质量和寿命，跟进项目进度，过程管控，合理利用资源，确保客户要求；

要求：1，5年以上五金连续/级进模具设计经验，对不锈钢，弹簧钢，铜合金，及各种汽车钢材常用材料冲压性能有所了解；

2，对弹片，端子，接插件，导电片，定转子硅钢片，汽车零件等精密连续模具，拉伸，复合模具等精通熟练；

3，电脑使用熟练，精通CAD，UG等模具设计软件；有钳工基础，精通各种开模具设备的使用特性和工序需求；

4，为人正派，态度端正，有一定协调和组织能力，有团队精神！
