主要负责：1，负责模具加工制作，工艺评估，模具设计，模具加工与制作，装配调试，改善；

2，负责模具进度和过程人员，设备，材料和质量管理，确保交期内完成合格产品；

3，新项目评估，检讨，方案确定，工艺确定；制定项目执行计划，并跟踪管理,监督实施；

要求：1，5年以上的模具开发设计和车间管理经验，能独立完成一般的连续模具设计并能够独立按图纸完成模具加工制作，装配，调 试和维修；

2，电脑使用熟练，精通模具设计软件，精通五金连续模具结构，弹片，端子，导电片，自动铆压硅钢片连续模具和拉伸模具 的设计和加工，至少要能独挡一面；

3，为人正派，无不良稽好，有一定组织和协调能力和团队协作精神；
