Job Introduction
To join a team which is building AUTOMATED RISK INTEGRATED SYSTEM for Institutional Client Group.
1. ARIS is a Credit Risk Management process which fully supported with the necessary automation.
2. Providing a regional detail rich ODS and Credit Source System to global Business Users with maximum
reusability of components from existing system
Job Responsibilities
To provide L1 support to TW/CN business users
This includes answering user queries
Once User raises VT, to acknowledge the VT
To contact the user on live-meeting if required information is not sufficient to proceed further
Provide adhoc Service-requests such as reports using SQL query
The above would require a thorough understanding of the HK version of Risk
Follow up VT update from L2/L3 support – If VT are not up-to-date to escalate to L2/L3 to update
Follow up on VT “awaiting user inputs”
Co-ordinate UAT for VT fixes with users, offshore L2/L3, SG Infra-environment support
Co-ordinate Production releases with Infra-Environment-Support Team(SG)
To provide backup to SG team when required and similarly vis-versa
Escalate issue’s related to user VT’s if not handled appropriately or timely
Translation Chinese to English for offshore team to understand if VT is raised in local language
Reporting daily status with email and in global daily VT call
Co-ordinate user,L2/L3 to verify and consolidate user new request
QA test for any Change request/Issue fix based on FRD/release note, provide QA test sing-off
Opportunity

Learn the advanced risk management business domain knowledge in global tier-1 bank
Build the experience of working in global development teams
Technical Skills Required (Must)
Microsoft Office (PPT design, Excel data analysis is plus)
Technical Skills Required (Optional)
Experience in Linux command lines
Experience in Oracle PL/SQL
Non-Technical Skills Required
