模具主管主要工作职责：1，负责模具图纸审核，工作协调和分工，钳工工作安排和人员管理；

2，项目进度跟进，模具加工过程中的质量控制，异常事件的处理和目标考核；

3，负责试模试样管控，异常分析，改善，执行和跟进；

4，有模具设计经验，能够独立设计简单的五金连续模具；

5，电脑使用熟练，熟练使用开模具设计软件，能够评估模具结构和开模具方案，有成本概念；

要求：1，5年以上连续模具钳工经验，精通五金模具设计，对不锈钢弹片，紧固件，汽车端子，导电片等五金连续模具精通；为人正派，有执行力和工作效率；吃苦耐劳，有团队精神和职业精神；
