Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate understanding of key client information including business strategy, industry issues, products and services, key customers and competitors
- Assist Team director new business development that includes but is not limited to luxury and fashion consumer lifestyle.
- Independently work on MNC clients to offer ongoing consultation; manage client’s social media community, content development and social media programs.
- S/he will be familiar with best-practice communications tactics and public relations tools and will be able to appropriately recommend them to executive-level clients and lead the execution of all related projects in house
- Good research, writing and editing skills (both English and Chinese), as well as the ability to interact with clients professionally and maintain relationships with media members.
- Performs day-to-day account work which may include: drafting a wide range of written materials, coordinating events, maintaining client and media contact, managing projects performed with and by others and supervising more junior staff.
- Is fully familiar with group’s communications plans for accounts and understands and tracks clients’ businesses.
- Drafts sound, credible documents such as client memos, news releases, case histories, byliners, backgrounders, op-ed pieces, brochures and collateral materials.
- Implements events such as press conferences, media briefings, analyst meetings, media tours third-party advocacy, etc.
- Demonstrates competence at using internal and external research capabilities and in preparing in-depth analyses.
- Has sound working knowledge of graphics, production and printing, video and broadcast, IT and emerging media.
- Balances work load and tasks, communicating effectively with team members to reliably implement assignments on budget and on deadline.
- Begins to build and apply specialized expertise in particular subject or functional areas.
- Executes media and advocacy relations activities and has working knowledge of media advocates and their needs.

Requirements:
- 1-3 years’ experience in fashion /consumer lifestyle category. MNC PR agency’s experience in account service or project management is a must.
- Strong media relationship and resources in fashion and lifestyle arena.
- Strong planning skill and strategic thinking-Strong creativity and out-of-box ideas generator.-Strong team leader and player.
- Good communication skill and presentation skill.
- Exemplifies solid teamwork capabilities while beginning to build supervisory skills.
- Language skill: Native Chinese, Good command of English.
