1. 五年及以上汽车行业质量背景, 熟悉OEM客户要求及管理体系;
Background of quality in auto industry, familiar with GM/VW customers specific requirements;
2. 优秀的逻辑分析和系统问题解决能力,熟练运用质量工具带领团队解决问题;
Excellent logical analysis and systematic problem resolving capability, lead cross function team to solve quality problems occurred in field market and 0km.;
3. 有强烈的责任感，并和客户保持良好互信合作的关系;
Be strong accountability and keep good and trustable relationship with customer;
4. 优秀的快速响应能力、较强的沟通和领导能力;
Excellent quick response capacity and strong communication and leadership ability as must request;

工作职责Job Responsibility:

1. 负责伟速达中国长春办事处的客户服务团队工作标准化及日常管理;
Be responsible for standardization daily management of customer quality team;
2. 全面负责处理一汽大众日常质量问题，并作为联系客户与伟速达之间的接口;
Fully responsibility to handle FAW-VW quality issues as a window between FAW-VW with VCN;
3. 全面负责处理一汽大众新项目开发，作为工程及项目的接口;
Fully responsibility to handle new project launch with FAW-VW and Engineering department as
the window between VCN ;
4. 全面负责处理来自VCN内部各部门的请求(销售/质量/物流/工程/项目/财务部等);
Fully be responsible for task given by VCN Sales/Quality/Logistic/Engineering/Project/FIN( for AR issue).
5. 通过对一汽大众日常客户拜访活动，维护和改进客户关系;
Daily activity with FAW-VW related person to maintain and improve the relations with Customer;
6. 需要支持通用沈阳、烟台的质量问题处理及客户拜访等工作;
Support handling quality issues and customer visit work in SGM-ShengYang and YanTai location ;
7. 带领下属完成年度内有关客户质量KPI和PD;
Complete KPI and PD which related with customer side with subordinates together;
8. 每日/月度监控零公里及售后质量表现，跟踪团队完成改进;
Monitor 0km and warranty quality performance and follow up team to finish improvement actions in Daily/Monthly base;
9. 控制客户质量成本及费用控制;
Control customer quality cost and expense control;
10. 完成上级交办的其它工作.
Complete other assignments given by quality director.
